APPROVAL OF THE GROUP’S AUDITED CONSOLIDATED AND SEPARATE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31.
We refer to our announcement dated December 29, 2022 wherein we informed the investing public and Nigeria Exchange Limited (‘the Exchange’) of the Board meeting of Access Holdings Plc (‘ the Corporation’) scheduled for January 30, 2023.
We are pleased to inform the investing public and the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Corporation met on January 30, 2023; considered and approved the Group’s Audited Consolidated and Separate Financial Statement for the year ended December 31, 2022 and the payment of a final dividend subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (‘CBN’).
The Corporation will release the audited results to the investing public upon the approval of the CBN.
The investing public is also being notified through this medium that following the Exchange’s Circular of January 21, 2022, the Corporation has elected not to file the fourth quarter Unaudited Financial Statements on January 30, 2023.
Consequently, the Corporation’s full year Audited Financial Statements will be submitted to the Exchange on or before March 1, 2023 subject to receiving the CBN’s approval.
